From drafting to handoff

Useful copy is only
part of the work.

Cadence’s insurance workflow brings drafting, visual guidance and source review together, using your organization’s member access and brand profiles. Your product, brand and legal teams retain the release decision.

Draft for the material.

Give a brochure, flyer and training outline their own structure. Keep required disclosures alongside the copy, in English or Hong Kong Traditional Chinese.

Give creative a direction.

Develop the message alongside composition, imagery and typography guidance. Give your agency a clear brief for finished Sales Kit and Flyer production.

Follow the evidence.

Inspect the source behind a draft, compare changed facts and regenerate selected materials. Keep the earlier wording, then save a revision for named review.

A reusable starting point

Ten material recipes.
Your source and brand.

Choose up to three formats in each generation batch. Reuse the workflow for another product or client with its own authorized source and brand guidance.

Your insurance workflow in Cadence

Bring four things.
Start with one pack.

Use your existing Cadence account and choose insurance work from the dashboard. The demo uses fictional examples; your team supplies the product source and reviewed brand guidance for live work.

01

A reviewed product source

Benefits, eligibility, conditions and exclusions, with a source reference and version. Bring the reviewed English and Hong Kong Traditional Chinese wording you need.

02

Your brand guidance

Voice, terminology, palette, typography and imagery direction. An owner or administrator reviews and activates the brand profile before material generation.

03

Exact clauses and disclosures

Supply the required disclosure in each language. For Policy Provisions, bring the exact clauses your product or legal team has authorized for this purpose.

04

A clear review and handoff

Agree who drafts, who reviews and who authorizes release. Your creative agency takes the Sales Kit or Flyer brief into final artwork and production.

A practical first run

Make the source-to-review journey once.

Use a non-confidential example first. Move to authorized client material after your workspace and review responsibilities are ready.

  1. Choose insurance in Cadence. Sign in, open the insurance workflow from your dashboard and confirm the client organization. Use its reviewed brand profile, or ask an owner or administrator to activate one. Existing member access and model settings apply.
  2. Start a new product pack. Choose New pack, name the product, then enter its evidence in the empty source editor. Check every fact, reference and required language; add exact clauses if needed.
  3. Create three material drafts. Start with Product Brochure, Sales Flyer and Talking Points. Read the copy, inspect its source references and refine the visual brief.
  4. Save, review and hand off. Save an exact revision. Resolve blocking findings and source changes before recording Reviewed. Export the review pack for your team and agency.
Keep each client’s work in its own organization.

Brand profiles organize guidance within a workspace. They do not replace organization access boundaries. Your team’s release approval remains separate from a recorded material review.
